02/10/2011 - Verizon FiOS - Verizon FiOS has a tentative activity date of March 31, 2011. Verizon will be pulling the FiOS lines through the previously installed interduct tubing underground. This process is not invasive and will be done without machinery. Please check with Verizon on any updates and activity status.

02/10/2011 - Walking Path - The walking path was patched before winter 2011 and should be in great shape for Spring & Summer 2011. Please let us know if you notice any cracks returning or developing.

02/10/2011 - Sign Painting - Wwe have allotted money in the Spring of 2011 to re-paint the two signs for Forrest View. We will be obtaining quotes beginning in March and plan to paint in April or May, weather depending. All original colors will be matched as closely as possible.

VERIZON FiOS - The Township and HOA Board has been contacted and has acquired the proper permits to lay the groundwork for FiOS in the development. This process involves running conduits and junction boxes in the grass plots that run between the streets and sidewalks, which is an easement area. While this process takes approximately 1 week, it could take up to 6 months or more before FiOS becomes fully operational within our area. If you see this type of activity occuring on your property, note that it is being performed with the necessary approvals. Each homeowner will be receiving more information on this as it becomes available to us(Homeowners Association). You'll be provided with the necessary contact information for Verizon staff to answer any questions or handle problems that may arise during installation.

WALKING PATHS/SIGNS - Cracks in the macadam walking trail have been getting worse over the past couple of years, but over this last winter, have become noticeably worse. We are obtaining quotes for repairs to the walking trail and for fresh coats of paint to the entrance signs. If you notice any other problem areas around our development, please contact the HOA via email to let us know.

NO DUMPING -- No homeowner is allowed to dump grass clippings, shrubs (trimmings or dead bushes) or dirt. The FVHOA has to now pay to have these materials hauled away! Please dispose of them with your trash collection.
