Carol Hampson has stepped down from her position as President of the Home Owners Association. After the last Board meeting, Anthony Catania has been named to take her place. Jennifer Sautter has also removed herself as a voting Board Member and has decided to take on the responsibilities of Secretary. Taking her position on the Board will be Ryan Wimmer. The new Vice President of the Board is RJ Herd, who will be replacing Rita Jean. All new positions were taken from the recent ballots received.

Invoices for the FVHOA annual dues were mailed to all homeowners and due by March 31, 2008. Unfortunately, numerous homeowners have not submitted payment (20+ homeowners for 2007 and for previous years). An attorney will be contacting those homeowners shortly since liens will be placed on all properties that have an outstanding balance.

NO DUMPING -- No homeowner is allowed to dump grass clippings, shrubs (trimmings or dead bushes) or dirt. The FVHOA has to now pay to have these materials hauled away! Please dispose of them with your trash collection.

The Board is seeking bids since the open space needs to be cut back and sprayed so that ticks will be under control. Please notify us at forrestview@yahoo.com to report any trees that are in danger of falling or report any illegal dumping.

PERMIT required for motorized vehicles on walking path -- Signs will soon be posted at both ends of the walking path. Homeowners and/or contractors MUST contact a Board Member at forrestview@yahoo.com to obtain a permit before any vehicle will be permitted on the path.
