04/2009: Three members of Board have stepped down:
Anthony Catania(President), Ryan Wimmer(Treasurer) and Jennifer Sautter(Secretary) have all stepped down effective immediately from their roles on the Board of the Association. A meeting has been called to elect new members for those positions. The meeting will be held at the Forrest Road Park adjacent to the development on May 7th, 2009 at 6:30 PM.

Website hosting and email change:
The Forrest View website has been moved from Yahoo! hosting to another hosting provider which will be saving the Association approximately $100.00 per year.

Invoices for the FVHOA annual dues:
There are still outstanding Association dues for 2009. Please be advised that these dues are required to be payed just like any other bill you receive. Late fees and failure to pay notices will be mailed and executed for non paying homeowners.

NO DUMPING -- No homeowner is allowed to dump grass clippings, shrubs (trimmings or dead bushes) or dirt. The FVHOA has to now pay to have these materials hauled away! Please dispose of them with your trash collection.

The Board is seeking bids since the open space needs to be cut back and sprayed so that ticks will be under control. Please notify us at forrestview@yahoo.com to report any trees that are in danger of falling or report any illegal dumping.

PERMIT required for motorized vehicles on walking path -- Signs will soon be posted at both ends of the walking path. Homeowners and/or contractors MUST contact a Board Member at hoa@forrestview.org to obtain a permit before any vehicle will be permitted on the path.
