Selling your home can be challenging and the Board wants you to make the transition as easy as possible. Therefore, the following guidelines should help you when you are preparing to make settlement. The Board requests a 30-day advance notice since the Treasurer needs time to prepare the paperwork. It is important that the Board be notified when a potential buyer has been identified and a settlement date is set. The Board has ten (10) days to respond to such requests and paperwork can only be released to realtors or the attorney representing the homeowner(s). Before the Board is notified of the pending sale, please provide the name(s) of the buyer(s), the address of the property for sale, and the contact name and address (Realtor or attorney information) where the documents must be mailed. The Treasurer will confirm whether the Association fees are paid up to date.
